At UNIQUUS, we care about your privacy and under the GDPR Law introduced in the EU on May 25th, we have taken measures to make sure that your personal data is safe and secure. In accordance with the new law we would like to remind all EU members that we only keep your personal information data for as long as it is necessary for order processing and for our own tax records. You also have the right to access any data we maintain; your inclusion in our group/page is voluntary and you can subscribe at any time. Your information is only shared with immediate companies we need to process your orders. We care about you and your personal data and thank you for your continued support.

Information we collect
In order to fulfill your order, you must provide us with some information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering.
Why we need your information and how we use it
We rely on a number of legal bases for collecting, using and sharing your information, including:
– as necessary to provide services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes or provide customer service;
– when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, for example, by signing up for my mailing list;
– if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as withholding information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
– as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. We use your information to provide you with the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services;
Use of common information needed
– Service providers. I hire certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my store, such as delivery to companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
– Commercial transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
– In accordance with the law. Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also need to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. I generally retain your data for the following time periods: 4 years.
Your rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights regarding your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in limited cases. These rights include:
– Access. You may be entitled to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
– Rectify, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to correct, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., when I must store data for legal reasons and/or reasons) I will generally delete your personal information when we receive your request.
– Object. You can oppose (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests, and (ii) receive marketing messages from me after giving your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have legitimate and compelling reasons to continue using that information or if it is required for legal reasons.
– File a complaint. If you are resident in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
